My Services
Birth Doula Support
You deserve compassion and support for the birth you want, and a constant reminder throughout that only you have the power to navigate your birth experience. As your birth doula, I will provide you with support that is personalized to you and your needs. I will collaborate with you to explore your options, and provide and seek out education where you need it. Whatever choices you make for your birth experience, I will support you and I will be a calm, grounding presence to you and your loved ones through your birth.

Sibling Doula
For whatever reason or circumstances, you may be having a challenging time securing continuous childcare for while you are in labor. While you’re giving birth, you are going to be (rightfully so!) preoccupied with your birth. Whether you’re having an out-of-hospital birth and need help caring for your children in the same space or searching for someone to stay at home with your child while you head into the hospital, I can be a trusted and reliable person to take care of them. As a sibling doula, I will provide you with peace of mind and provide your child with quality care and support as they ready for a new member of the family to join.

Two 1-hour prenatal visits with your family so your child(ren) can get to know me and I can get to know them.
Planning support to help decide where your child(ren) will be during labor, birth, and postpartum.
On call 24/7 from 38-41 weeks of your pregnancy. I will join you when you are ready to transition to your birthing space or for an out of hospital birth, when you are ready for sibling support.
24 hours of continuous quality childcare upon arrival. (Any time needed after 24 hours will be billed at a rate of $25/hour)
Please note that I cannot transport your children in my personal vehicle.

Abortion Support
I believe anyone whose pregnancy is ending deserves support if they want it. I am here to be alongside you. You are not alone. I recognize that your experience will be unique to you and I will create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to express your concerns, feelings and thoughts.
At this time, my support in this area encompasses comfort measures and emotional support. In the near future I will be expanding this to further support logistical planning and care for those seeking abortions.
